Welcome to this BBS!
I think the most people here undestand English and will be glad to help you, wether you post in English or in Altavista-German.
(however, I can´t help you, because I have no clue which amount of torque the clutch of a 330d can handle )

I know that the new 330d with 204ps is quite a new model. So there is not much info available. I think that this is still the best forum to find it, because you native Germans have the best possibilities to find it.
I will have my 330d sedan around mid June (klimatronic, sport mfl, black sedan). First mod will be aftermarket suspension and after "running in" OBD chip tuning. I have also chipped my current Audi A3 130PD. Now my clutch is slipping with 5th and 6th gear. So that's why I am asking how much torque can the new 330d clutch take?
Also does anyone have specs for E46 330d wheel alignment?
the new 330d-engine is the same like in the 730d w/ 218 horses, but has reduced power (204 hp and 410 NM whereas the 730d has 218 hp and 500 NM) due to the drivetrain not being able to take the power...
You'll be able to chip it, but you may experience broken drive shafts, clutch etc...
I'd only chip it when this is done by AC Schnitzer (this also keeps your warranty)...
How much warranty do you have up there?

shneapfla: We have 2 years warranty here + I get free services up till 80tkm/2 years. I'll bet it's the clutch that will go first. I'll have to find out if we have ACS dealer up here.
Powerboat3000: Mine will be a 4-door Sedan, but surely it has the same drivetrain components that 330cd has. 204ps vs. 218ps isn't a big difference, but it's the torque that "kills" the clutch and other drivetrain components.
If the old 330d can handle 500Nm when chipped then surely the new 330d will also take 500Nm. Because the new 6-speed gearbox has "shorter" gear ratios, it will not stress clutch and other componets so much.
